Dear All

To inofrm you, the first turbine of the Maheshwar Hydro Electric Project (MHEP)would be going live from this December onwards. FYI the unit is praposed for at total capacity of 400MW.

Though I am not aware of the Power unit to revenue conversion, I am pretty sure its the begaining of the major revenue scheme for these guys!

Entegra Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 21, 2008 have considered and approved: 1) The Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company will be December 22, 2008. 2) The Book Closure dates for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company will be from December 17, 2008 to December 19, 2008 (Both days inclusive). However, the Board sought further clarification on the scheme of merger of SKG Power Ventures Private Limited with the Company and advised to submit it in the next Board Meeting....
