Good Company, but no PE no EPS?

I read about this realty company, sounds very good for investment, but am afraid how much more erosion to its price due to global erosion. I would like to invest in this counter. These days any analyst comments is a nonsense for me, giving support level and the prices washing away more than 50% in one or two sessions!!! See Sobha and HDIL, both are very strong and at 10% value from the yearly high! Horrible market. Let us watch and wait if it falls to 55 like Ansal API which is equally or much stronger script is butchered recently....

its better to stay away from brigade for the time being. it could touch 90 levels for sure in the near term. the entire sector is looking very scary. stay away from real estate stocks.

Since you say that you can hold for 5+ years, then I am not discouraging you. But remember that you would be wasting those 5 years to just exist without losses. If you had deposited that money in Fixed deposit, you could have got 10% per annum. Anyway you can try to average it off as the previous replier said when it is around Rs.100 price and exit it when it reaches upto Rs.200 within a year\\`s time.

I current hold 115 shares of brigade at an average rate of around 305/share from last 6-8 months. When i anaylzed the company it was looking more attractive in terms of neary everthing, i.e. p/e and p/b VALUE And other fundamentals. But i am amazed why its trading so low in markets. Do you see this stock trading in range of 360-400 in near future? OR should i buy more or HOLD IT. I am a long term investor who can remain in script for more than 5 years.

Hey Buddy, There is no rational left in the markets now... It is being traded with fear in the backdrop... I too hold 357 shares @ 273.50... I averaged and got stuck as well... i do not think it will reach 360 in the near term... hell can't even reach that in coming 2 years... what i am planning to so is to buy another 1000 shares at Rs 100 or less... I think it wud reack 200 in a year. Probably then I can exit... You can average if it goes to around 100... BUT if you hold for 5 years then surely u can exit with profits... Brigade has got good hold in Bangalore...
PS: if you can wait for 5 years then why not invest in some good stock they will double in 5 years or even more......
