In my opinion it is a great buy at CMP more particulary as it has received more than Rs.600 crores net of tax on sale of land. Even if the company utilises this money to repay debt the savings could be in the region of at least 70 crores against capital of 33 crores. I dont think you should wait to catch the bottom.
