i also believe that this is not the time to sell gammon india. the price is very reasonable. the market cap to sales ratio is also most favorable when compared with peers, market cap is almost half of teh sales. although this should not be the criteria as the operating margins are less.

but still the valuations are reasonable and u could consider it averaging it out....

Hi Deepak,

You can definatley avg your cost by buying this few more. I feel it will touch low as 140, where one can definately enter in this stock.
For mid term we can expect this to reach again 235-140

Hi Deepak,

You can definatley avg your cost by buying this few more. I feel it will touch low as 140, where one can definately enter in this stock.
For mid term we can expect this to reach again 235-140

It seems the scrip will come down to 125 level where one can enter this counter. Gammon will be a key player once nuclear power projects starts. It is a long term bet....

Gammon India Ltd. has informed the Exchange that pursuant to Section 192A of the Companies Act 1956 read with the Companies (Passing of the Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules 2001 the following resolutions are proposed to be passed by Postal Ballot: (1) Special Resolution u/s. 372A of the Companies Act, 1956 authorising the Board of Directors to make investments in, acquire by way of subscription, purchase or otherwise the securities of any other body corporate, make/give loans/deposits/ guarantees/securities to any other body corporate and in particular to the Companies mentioned in the Notice accompanying the Postal Ballot. (2) Special resolution u/s. 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 authorising the Board of Directors/ Compensation Committee to re-price 15,00,000 Options, granted on May 15, 2008 as set out in the Notice.
