broken all technical levels today.was lucky to sell 85000 shares @rs.30/-.counter moving down towards rs.15/- to rs.20/- by nov"08. by the way any idea where is the great KASHIWALA .

Dear R-share, NTBCL is neither a reality nor an infrastructure co. It is a toll collection co. It may fall under service sector. My mention of reality sector was wrt its foray into development of land which may be given to it on lease for development of commercial property to ensure agreed ROCE OF 16%. We can call NTBCL an infrastructure co only if it was to get into construction of series of Toll roads. As per existing business model of Noida Toll it will remain a toll collection co and may also get some rental income from commercial property if allowed to develop. ...

Hi Tally,
would you put NTBL under reality sector or Infrastructue sector. as per as i know NTBL make bridge or flyower and collect tool from that ..i dont think its comes under reality sector. and as per as the latest buzz the realiity sector is down ..i agree with you... but the infrastructe sector is the only one which is performin and which is going to perform in the current senario. as per economic times the infra sector is still open with $400 billion for investment.

Even it NTBCL gets permission to to use all the land promised to it from Noida authority and Delhi Govt the stock is not likely to climb up much. Reality sector is no more very hot stuff. I will buy tis stock for investment purpose only if it falls to Rs 25 or below. The present Toll business is inadequate to service large equity of Rs 186 cr.

Nice of u Mr guest but lets talk about valuations.The market is in a mood to punish all over priced coy. Look at the earnings , its still over priced and no offence meant to any die hard noida investor, the true worth is 20/. There are ample coys in the market today available at wonderful valuations and low pe. noida is good but all the buzz it had was bcoz it was to be included in f&o and thats pretty much over so wait before u put ur money in the market.U will never get some blue chips at such rates but u may still get noida where it is today.Noida is good but not that good....

What is the source of information? Even after getting approval to construct, it may go down. Look at the market, it is still quoting at a PE of 17 !!!!!!! Market is flush with scrips which are available with a PE of 3 to 5 with reasonable track-record and coming from good industrial houses of repute. Let us think deeping whether we r over-optimistic on this scrip particularly keeping in view the current market scenario. Let me add, I am holding a very sizeable quantity in Noida Toll and therefore, should not be construed in any way with bearish-bias. However, let us debate it again. KASHIWALA where r you? Please come forward. Cheers !!!!! ...

Dear vasistha Main purpose of including this stock in F&o list was to dump this share to large number of investers and fatakias. Company manipulaters has dumped large quantities and people like you and me will have to hold the dead baby for a longer time. Dont despair time will come to get out but it will be a long long time. Markets has gone into bear hands and to come out will be quite difficult....
