I am afraid you may have to redefine your `Prime Property` description. Sometime back one boarder wrote here that he was interested in finding out where their property was and gave a realistic description of it after visiting their site.
The way Realty scrips were butchered today doesnt draw any respect either. In fact it could be scary if the market considers Oswal as a realty dependant scrip. ...

Dear g sood Markets are down so oswal. They are sitting on a PRIME PROPERTY in mumbai. I will be a glad person to get 5% exposure in the equity of the company and wait for big bulls to zeroed on and increase my exposure if i have that kind of money. I am trying to convince people outside India who have money so my bet is on this stock.Again this stock is in F&O msection so i will earn a decent interest on my investment.

Nice to read your +ve view but tell me - what makes U think that the Oswal family will sell some property ? Have U ever heard of someone selling property without any reason or need ? Do you think they need money ? You also say they have no business... so, which strong family group sells property ? Why wouldn't they just let the property grow in value ?
Yes, news of property sale will come but it is manipulated & with a reason - done by operators . That too , when they want to exit .

Oswal business is growing steadily. The scrip will gain ground in the next 2-3 quarters....

I have arranger for 10 lakhs on call. I am buying 1000-2000 shares daily . I welcome this mandi to accumulate so at every rupee down i will buy and must have 50000 by december end. This will be my investement for a year and above 30 i will start selling .This way i want to earn 5 lakhs . This co has no business so there is no chance of loosing a single penny.Once news of property sale come it will zoom to 50
