You are right, when the company announces to BSE & NSE that they have got a small order of "7.5 crore" it means that they are hardly getting any other orders of that size.
Technically this stock should see a bottom of Rs.27-29 levels from here. They also cheat investors by announcing warrants to themselves. ...

Security systems / instruments business is growing like anything. Zicom / Allied Digital will gain immensely in the days to come which are very unsecured due to terrorism.

There have been news in Kolkatta & Delhi market that things have turned bad for them.
Analysts comprehend an issue because of real estate slow down Zicom is in a huge mess. They have huge stock-pile up and things are not moving at all.Let all of us know if you hear something.

You are correct. Morgan Stanley has been selling their holdings in many companies and they have 4,96,513 shares of the company, it will be a matter of time that they will off-load this and the stock can come crashing down. Goldman Sachs also has 9% stake, imagine they selling their stake, then this company stock will quote at sub-50 for sure.
There were always rumors of Zicom\\`s financial manipulation of books.

Heard on the street that a couple of major investors are looking at pulling out of Zicom because of major loses they suffered in other parts of the world. If this the case then the offloading will bring this stock to sub-50 levels.

Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd with reference to the earlier announcement dated September 12, 2008 about the outcome of the Board Meeting, the Board inter alia, had decided to conduct postal ballot for seeking approval of the Members on various agenda items as mentioned therein.
The Board of Directors, at their meeting held on September 16, 2008, discussed that there are various issues, which may require approval of the shareholders. Considering other matters requiring approval of shareholders, the Board decided that it would be prudent to keep the Postal Ballot process on hold. It was also decided that the Company shall inform all the concerned about revised date for holding postal ballot by the Company.
