GM ( General Motors, USA ) sales are coming down and Toyota is overtaking GM motors in almost all key markets.
GM in an interview was telling that in some markets Toyota is leading and in some markets GM is leading.
When contacted Japanese automaker was quoted saying, its not about who is number one in sales, its all about who's no:1 in quality and customer satisfaction.
One more thing to be added here, when GM sales are coming down, don’t sell all the shares in automobile industry, may you can even start buying Toyota's shares.

No muscle and only fat, how long will you survive. The only way to survive is to cut down fat and increase muscle.

I don’t think the collapse in US is over, it has only started. These companies are bound to collapse, since they are very old and carry too much fat and frankly no muscles. You can go to a beautician (Audit firms – Big or small five) and survive for some time, but ill health will catch up sooner or later. The fat these companies carry include huge lavish offices, plush guest houses, fat pay packages, unnecessary meetings and no results, huge technical jargons etc. The lack of muscles includes low promoter holding, low promoter type attitude and more employee attitude.

Every company starts with people, and with real people who concentrate on getting things done. The company starts growing very fast and profit will also increase, then they will go for image make over, to be with other fat people. They start taking people who can do good presentations and who can dress well. Who cares about the work which will be done by the core team. Then slowly they will increase the presentation team. Every thing goes well, no problem for the profits and the campus is buzzing with beautiful people. Then a stage reaches when the presentation team is 80% and the core team is 20%. Now the problem is serious less muscle and too much fat, start taking medicine, the down ward journey has started.
