Dhunseri Tea & Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the shareholders of the Company at their Annual General Meeting held on November 28, 2008 have, by way of a special resolution approved the delisting of the securities of the Company from Calcutta and Gauhati Stock Exchanges. Further the Company has informed that the Companys share are already listed on Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange.
