No. You should have bought a yesterday. But nevermind due to Bonus issue the price becomes half as you can see today. I guess you can wait a few days. Usually correction takes place during this time. Buy at around 1055-1060 levels and hold for long. The price of RIL will climb back quickly.

Bartronics is ever hungry for money. They are mopping up huge funds from every possible avenue.Keep a watch on its debt/equity ratio. They may end up in mismatch when industry is overcrowded.
Bartronics appears to be in a situation where its trying to bite more than it can chew.Such companies have ended up in negative returns to investors in medium to long term.
Bartronics is worth divesting.Sensible investors will look for companies whose business models generate enough cash from internal accruals for expansions & capex without depending on adding more debt or diluting equity in pref allotments, QIP`s etc etc.

Nov. 26 (Bloomberg) -- French President Nicolas Sarkozy’s government will decide the sale of state-controlled Areva SA’s power-grid equipment unit on commercial grounds and won’t favor the French bidding team, said a government official.
The official, who declined to be named because the talks are confidential, said the government has remained neutral in a contest pitting a partnership between France’s Alstom SA and Schneider Electric SA against General Electric Co. and a joint offer from Toshiba Corp. and Innovation Network Corp.
The official declined to say how the decision would be announced, only that it would come before the end of the month.
All three bids are for about 4 billion euros ($6 billion), people familiar with the transaction have said. Areva, the biggest builder of nuclear reactors, is seeking to use the funds from the sale of its transmission and distribution division, to expand in the growing atomic-power market. ...

Mutual fund managers and operators want the telecom stocks to go down further so that they can accumalate at a lower price for a substantial gain. Bharti at 270-280, idea at the present price is a decent bargain. May be once operators are done with shorting one can buy for a good upmove since 3G auction would begin soon hence movement in these stocks.

Toshiba bid at 4.5 bln euros - sources
* Areva supervisory committee likely to meet Fri or Mon
* Toshiba promises if wins no layoffs, or spin-off
* Decision could come within days, says Lagarde
(Adds comments from sources)
PARIS, Nov 26 (Reuters) - Toshiba (6502.T) put in the highest bid, at 4.5 billion euros ($6.79 billion), for Areva`s transmission and distribution (T&D) unit, two sources close to Toshiba told Reuters on Thursday.
"Toshiba is the best bidder in terms of price and industrial policy," one of the sources said.
Areva, which is majority-owned by the French state, is selling its power T&D unit as part of an 11-billion-euro plan to boost the nuclear reactor maker`s global expansion.
The sale has turned into a politically-charged battle between Toshiba and the other bidders, General Electric (GE.N) and the French consortium of Alstom (ALSO.PA) and Schneider Electric (SCHN.PA).
The French government will play a major role in deciding the winner because it owns 93 percent of Areva. On Thursday, Prime Minister Francois Fillion said the state did not favour any one bidder and was studying all offers.
A decision on the auction is expected within days, Economy Minister Christine Lagarde told Reuters on Wednesday on the sidelines of a meeting of the ruling UMP party.
With a decision near, the companies are all making their case in the press and in the halls of government.
In joint comments to Reuters, both sources close to Toshiba said the Japanese bid was solid and refuted a charge made by rivals that its financing was not secure.
One source said that Japanese company had offered 4.5 billion euros for T&D, of which 2.4 billion was equity and 1.8 billion was pro forma debt.
Part of the equity financing comes from the Innovation Network Corp of Japan (INCP), which is 85 percent owned by the Japanese government. ...

"They (INCP) will take a minority stake in T&D of 30 percent. They are a long-term investor controlled by the Japanese government," one of the sources said.
"There are no private equity investors here," the source added.
The source said financing will also come from Toshiba`s balance sheet and lines of credit. Debt financing has been secured through Mizuho Corp Bank and Sumitomo Mitsui Bank Corp.
Both sources argued that Toshiba`s industrial plan was better than that of Alstom-Schneider, which plans to divide the business in half.
Alstom-Schneider`s plan to split the business is opposed by Areva management and unions who say it would fracture the profitable unit and lead to job cuts. Lagarde has said social factors, such as layoffs, would factor into the government`s evaluation of the bids.
"By nature this is an acquisition that combines two assets that are very complimentary... So no spin-off. No restructuring. No layoffs," the source close to Toshiba said.
Both sources said the bid met all the criteria laid down by the French government, including protecting domestic jobs and keeping the T&D operation headquartered in France.
But the second source questioned the soundness of the government`s decision-making process and the role reportedly being played by Nicolas Sarkozy.
"It seems like the French president really wants the French to win," the second source said.
A spokesman for Toshiba declined to comment on the ongoing negotiations over the T&D sale.

Can you please think twice before making any commet. Mahindra Group is not small. It is very big group with diffrent business. They belive in growth not in filing bankrupcy. It will take time to come into the light. They took satyam because Tech Mahindra have expertice in Tele Communnication filed only and they would like to expand IT business in diffrent area. The important Asset of Mahindra Satyam is their employees. They have excellent IT employees which are expertise in the diffrent area. For any IT firm brain of employee is the important assett and that is what Mahindra group acquired. It is a extension of the Tech Mahindra knowlege. Another important thing they can utilise Mahindra Satyam and Tech Mahindra`s employee so they need lees employee which will reduce cost and increase profit. Remember one thing employee cost is the biggest cost of any IT service firm. Mahindra group did very well. Infosys, TCS everyone was in the race of taking Satyam. Why they were interested because of the IT skills of that company.
Don`t worry about Mahindra Satyam and try to grab more. Yesterday I purchased 500 shares and today I have purchased 300 more and tomorrow as well I am going to purchase more.

dear sd3,
There is nothing to evaluate...Let RNRL compete and win a Block for exploration.Let it discover a gas field.
There is toomuch time to think about investment on those grounds...
Right now its is just a trader`s play...
The game can be simple if we want it to be simple...
