A Good Small Cap stock

Hi All,
I think by seeing the fundamental of low P/E and Rs. 8 as EPS is a good small cap to accumulate during this recession time which may subdue during 2009 and will zoom back Sensex and Nifty during the high`s of 2007.
Any comment from the boarders of this stock is appreciated as I`m very positive on this stock....
