Nope, KKR wud be in the bottom 4 teams.... I think it wont even qualify 4 the SEMI-FINALS.....
I even doubt that DDs wud come in the top 4...
My top 4 teams to qualify in the semis are

Chief, i am not much worried about rate hike.It seems that more than the markets, the analysts in cnbc is more worried about rate hikes.Don`t blame them , they have to run their shop.,IN 2008 when the market was at 21000 ,the repo rate was at 7.75%.Now even after the increase it is 5% only.A lot of room still left for upmove.I am not worried about inflation also.We can not keep the rate of of rice and onion at rs.5 forever.Let it increase and let the farmers also make some money.Think about inclusive growth.,In 80`s a cup of tea was sold at 10 paise per cup.Now it is 5 rs.per cup.How many of us stopped drinking tea because of this.,In US the same cup of tea is sold for 50 rs(converted to INR).When we start selling tea at rs.50 we will be called a `SUPER POWER`...

One (uninvited) comment on para. 8.
The worker who earns so little has time and resources to spend the entire thing on tarra desi sharaab.
This is what I saw in Tamilnadu and Andhra Pradesh. Auto drivers, and cycle rickshaw pullers will not pick any further fares once their target amount was reached.

You did not ask me. Please pardon me for butting in.
Please do not sell either.
If you MUST sell something to get cahs, let it be MRPL....
Zapper!
There is a way out of TDS @ 33.99%.
Where a Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement exists between a country and India and if the said DTAA provides for deduction of TDS (withholding tax) at lower rates, that rate will apply and not 30.90%. (Surcharge has been abolished.)...
Yes, Mr. Manoj.
Your accountant was right. I was not.
Section 115BB specifically states that where a person wins lottery money, he has to pay 30% tax on that winning. This is irrespective of the fact that together with the lottery winnings, the total income of the assessee will be less than the minimum taxable amount which is Rs. 1,60,000 now.
I am sorry I misguided you and gave you false hopes. I beg your pardon....
A small correction.
In the penultimate para. it should read "if the total income is above the threshold limit"....
Yes, Mr. Zapper.
Section 115G of the I T Act, 1961 has been worded very carefully and correctly.
For this conditions to be met, the income of an NRI should consist only of two items.
1. Investment Income (This has been defined as investments made out of convertible foreign exchange sent through proper channels and amounts invested thro` portforio management scheme etc. In other words, investments would have to go out of NRE account or FCNR account.)
2. Long term capital gains. This can be of two types; gains from share market and gains from sale of other capital assets.
In the former case tax is exempt for all assessees and in the latter case, it is obligatory on the part of the person making payment to deduct tax at source.
Another condition set is that Tax at Source must have been deducted and paid to Govt.
You will appreciate the TDS rates have been laid down as either 30% (maximum applicable rate) or a lower rate as per the DTAA.
In either case, the objective of securing Govt. revenues has been made.
In such cases, as the entire tax due has been paid, there is no need to file any tax return by an NRI.
Please observe that once income arises from salaries (in India), rental income (in India) or other income (such as interest, misc. receipts etc.), the return MUST be filed if the total income from ALL sources falls within the threshold limit of Rs. 1,60,000 (etc.).
If NRI has income from derivatives trading, (not permitted for residents of certain countries), then too returns have to be filed because this is treated as business income.

God is a concept.
Conceptualised by man.
Man knows his limitations.
So, he conceived GOD is limitless.
Man knows only those forms that he sees. He has not seen the complete variety of live present above the sea, under the oceans.
So, he concludes GOD is formless.
Man has logically found that male, female exists in all species. One is prejudiced against the other.
So, he concludes GOD is neither male nor female.
Man knows the limits to which he can go.
So, he concludes GOD is omnipotent, only GOD can go to any extent, absolutely limitless.
The entire knowledge available either in books or handed down by word of mouth to succeeding generations is expanding, ever and always. (Remember we learnt to read and write only 5000 years earlier!)
Human beings have not even covered this earth with glory.
The whole Universe may have thousands and thousands of earths or earth like satellites swarming with life, both intelligent and not so intelligent.
Man has concluded only UNITARY CONTROLS work. Therefore, man has the concept of ONE GOD.
Proceeding from this premises, that there can be ONLY ONE GOD for the whole Universe, is it not ridiculous to argue that MY GOD or YOUR GOD or THEIR GOD will protect only certain sections of lives or beings and will punish others?
Just ponder over these points.
Many more questions will be born begging for answers.
Just sit and meditate. Find your own answers.
Please, please, stop these purposeless blogging and fighting who is superior and who is not!...
Dear fellow boarders,
I am 75 now. I have lost half a dozen teeth. In retrospect, I think I did not care adequately about my dental hygiene.
I cannot live the younger life again. But here are some thoughts for the benefit of my younger friends here.
1. Please spend at least 5 minutes minimum in cleaning your teeth daily twice. Once in the morning and once before going to bed.
2. Change your toothbrush every three months.
3. Clean your tongue daily twice by scraping with a light brush or the back of the tooth brush.
4. Visit the dentist at least once a year, even if you have no feeling of a problem.
5. Clean your teeth definitely after you eat a sumptuous meal. Clean your tongue after you have a smoke or a drink!
Above all, read the Readers` Digest October issue for what the dentists will not tell you!...
Rightly said.
Everyone is talking of tax evasion. But he should look into his own affairs and see whether overtly or covertly, he is not avoiding payment of tax on some elements of income.
Similarly, we all criticise when things despised by us are done by others. But do we not do them at all times, ever?
Such searching questions will lead to refining our own conduct and characters....
Good Boy!
Enjoy Holi Day!!
It is a holiday!!!...
Ma.

This MUST be the easiest because it is naturally produced by kids as first word out of their mouths as soon as they learn to utter something audible. Perhaps, this explains why almost all languages of the world have the element of `m` in the word.
Closing the lips naturally comes to every child to start with. You may observe `pa` is also easy but requires a little more effort than `ma`.
(My observations; other opinions are possible and should be there!) ...
