IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 20, 2008, has approved the Corporate re-structuring of the Company. Accordingly, Mr. Shahzaad Dalal has been elevated to look after the international operations of the Company and will head the Companys subsidiary IL&FS Investment Advisors LLC as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Dalal will continue as a Non-Executive Director and Vice Chairman of the Company. Dr. Archana Hingorani will be designated as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company....

Il&Fs Investment Managers Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 20, 2008, has approved the Corporate re-restructuring of the Company.
