10 is playing for himself he got out after making 175 he made sure that he gets man of the match even india looses
thats wht he did he got out when only 17 balls remianing and to score only 20 odd runs he wants to show other team members that if i deliver india will win and it is only me who can take big challenges
otherwise in this series he is been a big flop when ever he makes ct india has lost
coming back to guwahati, this pitch was relayed recently wid imported soil which proves that on wickets which is true for bowlers indian paper tigers will fail again n again
as i said bfore ausie will win this series 5 2 which will be a fact on 11 11

IFCI a buzzing counter again after the merger/stake sale news hit the stands.
Which option you think beneficial to the shareholders....?
1. Merging IFCI with another institution
2. Stake sale to a perfect suitor
I think selling stake will bring more value to the shareholders than merging with another institution....

BSE: Rs 55.15 ( -5.32 % ), NSE: Rs. 55.15 ( -5.32 % )
Suzlon`s profit were hurt as the company got fewer orders this year because major economies are struggling with last year`s financial crisis.
The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month, sliding 36.82% as compared to the Sensex 10.09% fall... Hence further downside in the coming sessions...may go to 45 level......

Market sentiment are already negative towards telecom stocks. Poor results of RCOM added fuel to it. We can see 150 levels shortly. If it breaks 150 level then down to 130. All ADAG stocks are high beta stocks. So any negative news has high impact on the stock prices.......

51% decline in profit, much worse than the expectation.....!!!
The valuations of Bharti and RCOM already slipped 27% and 36% respectively in one month.
But Bharti posted a 13% rise in net profit and 9% revenue growth.
RCOM`s poor result along with forex losses will pull the stock further down in the coming weeks......

The stock price has run up ahead of fair valuations......
Net profit for the quarter fell nearly 43% YoY. There is massive drop in core profit..... for which market slammed the stock down by 7%. The declaration of a bonus issue of one share for two shares held did not help.....
Company raised about Rs 1,316 crore from sale of shares. The treasury gains from the sale of company shares amounting to Rs 941 crore.
A fair valuation suggests a price of Rs 210-220 range

PWC defending citing Bombay High Court 1986 Verdict:
Case - AF Ferguson & Co.and Tri-Sure India Ltd
"An auditor should not be held responsible for tracking down ingenious and carefully-laid fraud schemes in a company"
When there is nothing to arouse their suspicion and when these frauds are perpetrated by the tried servants of the company and are UNDETECTED for years by the DIRECTORS.
As per the contract between the auditor and company, the onus of providing accurate information was on the company.
The auditor’s mind is unbiased unlike that of an investigator , who approaches work with the presumption that fraud has taken place.
In the present circumstances either auditors to change their approach or WE NEED ONLY INVESTIGATORS NOT AUDITORS....!!!

You are right Sir, The promoters stocks were sold by the lenders on margin calls, as Rajus` cannot meet the margin calls on time. Stocks were pledged with lenders during Sept`06 at higher prices. We can`t say promoters purposefully reduced their stake. It shouldn`t be interpreted as Rajus` relinquishing their stake in the Co.
Pls note:-
Satyam is expected to report the highest growth in rupee revenues for the December quarter among its peer group and its dollar revenues are expected to be only a tad below its guidance. ...

"Resignation by individual directors is a signal of board’s ignorance of recent happenings."
Aberdeen A M, largest institutional investor in Satyam is still bullish on Satyam core business. They still feel Raju is well placed to lead this recovery. They believe Raju is keen to salvage the company and promoter group reputation. So, they are not aiming for a management change. Reduction in promoter stake may not necessarily be viewed negatively.
There is still chance of a recovery as Satyam is still a very profitable and cash rich company........
