Analysis of activity through 8/19/2008
Yesterday\'s close: 28.8500
Target : 30 and 34
The current trend is up and all orders on the long side may be considered. Market activity analysis suggests that long trades put on outside of the +L+ focus zone have a lower probabilty of success than those placed in those zones highlighted on the expert ribbon. The current market price activity is Strongly Bullish and suggests favorable trade opportunities on the long side.
If already holding long positions, we would look to partial profits on any retracement to 17.6000. Traders with remaining long positions after profit taking should consider placing exit stops in the region of 16.0000. Be prepared for a potential short term price fall back to the 22.9765 area.

Suggested standing placement of fail-safe stops...
If Long -- exit all contracts at ... 15.4000
If Short -- exit all contracts at ... 29.2500...

FYI:
Sunil Pathare, Director of Maxwell Industries, said the Pathare family stake is now at 65% and they have completely bought Reddy's stake. They are currently in the final stages of bringing a foreign investor into the company.

Pathare reveals that the Future Group was intending to buy stake in the company from Reddy's family....

Maxwell Industries mfr of Inner wears own VIP brand. TOI Page 3 published an article on image makeover of VIP brand lately. The young promoters too seem to be having Dynamic approach.

The co has few outlets dedicted for inner garments. The co's looks good fundamentally. Co's AGM scheduled on 21 Aug, any possibilities of divident/Bonus/Rights etc.

Can any chartist/analyst predict the mid term & long term price of the stock.

Karshin, i have been closely watching this script, it has a big potential, it was tied up due to internal take over from one promoter to other,
you make see a steep upward movement from this co anytime

At 10:22 am, Maxwell Industries was quoting at Rs 25.15, up Rs 2.85, or 12.78%. It was trading with volumes of 181,164 shares. Yesterday the share closed up 14.07% or Rs 2.75 at Rs 22.30. ...
