It is short term target. Unitech will definitely fall today and probably tommorow. For short term targets, much analysis is not required. For long-term, you are surely right that Unitech is best managed company. But in short-term corrections any company will fall despite companies fundamentals. Reality stocks are more rate sensitives and they will fall tommorow ahead of inflation data. Tommorow it can fall below 165 level for sure...

Without any analysis, One should not place this kind of comments to misguide investors. Unitech is one of the best script which having good past records for bonus. I am sure after Hydrabad Projects\\`, and Pay comission, Unitech will cross 200Rs before 1st week of Sept.
I recommend to buy this stock.

In its balance sheet for the year to March 2008, the Unitech management has sounded a cautionary note. “It is quite clear that after a fairly long bull run, the real estate sector in India has begun to show signs of slowing down to a more realistic equilibrium rate of growth. The first signs of market slackening were evident in the second half of FY08. The correction has become more pronounced thereafter.”

Falling crude oil, strengthening Dollar, rising income of Indians across the sectors are all indicating good time for equities.Real estate is he area where all the economic growth reflects first.Also it is the sector will be beaten down at any down trend.

what is correlation between Pay hike, increase in rate. Why it will will touch 200 after pay hike. U mean all the people will buy Unitech flats after pay hike? Pay hike is just peanuts... This pay even is not sufficient for all people to run their day to day expenses. However lots of people enjoying with bribe money but not all. I saw the interview of one secretary in agriculture ministry,, secretary level guy is not able to buy Car for his travelling.

PM shall announce Six pay commission on 15th Aug and also accepted by govt. So the increase of interest rate which affected reality business now will resolve soon. In One week Unitech will test 200Rs. Best for long term investment also.
