K Sera Sera Productions Limited has informed the Exchange vide notes to Accounts in the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 (taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2008) that out of ten projects in hand the two movie projects of the company i.e. "Chal Chala Chal" directed by Rajeev Kumar, Starring Govinda Rajpal Yadav and others and movie "Ek - The Power of one" Directed by Sangeet Sivan Starring Bobby Deol, Nana Patekar and others are scheduled for release in the month of Dec, 08 and Jan 09....

K Sera Sera Productions Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held on October 13, 2008, the Board had constituted a "Committee" to allot the Fully Convertible Warrants (FCWs) on preferential basis.

In this connection, the Company has informed that, the Committee duly constituted has successfully allotted 8,65,000 Fully Convertible Warrants (FCWs) of Rs 100.00 each to "Yes Bank Ltd" on preferential Basis in the meeting held on October 18, 2008, under the authority of the Resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 29, 2008....
