Mirror Mirror on the Wall,
Mirror Mirror on the Wall,
Let us play this game,
which some Boarders
regularly play, amongst
We All ..

""You will scratch my back and
I,ll scratch yours ,and then
we will strike palms loudly
to-gether, in applause and
exchange Five Stars,amongst
We All ""

Difficult game to play,
my dear balconeyseat,
Difficult game to play!!!

Here one has to fulfil the
following strict rules,
amongst We All.

(1) Should be a boarder,I am not!
(2) Each should have minimum Three
different IDs.
(3) Should be a member of the Group.
(4) And finally, should be well
educated.

You have none of this qualification,
So forget this Shilly-shally
game my dear,balconeyseat,
You have better things to do
with my Mirror,amongst We All.

BALCONEYSEAT.

Dear patience

This msg is not related to market movement but is quite important for me and many other boarders.

You are aware that a lot of vested interests are always present on MMB (almost on all threads) with a view to be-fooling the gullible boarders for their business on one hand AND on the other drive out worthy knowledge boarders from the board due to whose services their interest is hampered. To drive worthy boarders out from the boards they follow a commom nasty trick. They pick up quarrel with those boarders and engage in such nasty/irritating duels with them that the worthy boarders, normally sensitive to their reputation, decide to abstain from the board temporarily or permanently ... thereby making the vested interests successful in their attempts. Many sensitive boarders fall prey to this nasty trick un-knowingly. You can get umpteen numbers of such cases in many boards. A very recent case is that of dear snvaish.

I observe that you are also started getting involved in such purpoted nasty encounters on some of the boards. I am afraid that sometime you will also feel like abandoning MMB out of disgust and frustration.

I hope you will see the point and try to refrain from interacting in any way with the vested interests in spite of their provocations. You may draw some inspiration in this respect from dear BSR who never gets provoked.

The board needs the presence of worthy boarders like you. Thanks & Regards.

impatient.

`Children and Investors both of them always love the stories`

The India decouple story:))

The stable UPA govt story:))

The financial reform and Divestment story:))

The stories abt the forward earnings, but what will happen if those forward earnings do not materialize.

The Economic turmoil Team i.e.Obama,Bernanke,and Buffet all of them made a TV appreance one by one and issued the statement `Recession is Over` was also part of BS story.

But now the chinks in armour is clearly visible,as the story tellers are at loggerheads.

Today is 26th Jan,and latest news says that Widow of Major Abdul Hameed(Param Veer Chakra,Highest Military Award))is requesting PM to help her get a Ration Card.........Extremly sad,Abdul Hameed, when sacrificied his life for our nation would have never imagined that his wife will live her last days in Penury, illhealth and without a ration card in this nation.

Written by a Pakistani journalist about India [MUST READ]
Capital suggestion
By Dr Farrukh Saleem

Here`s what is happening in India :

The two Ambani brothers can buy 100 percent of every company listed on the Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) and would still be left with $30 billion to spare. The four richest Indians can buy up all goods and services produced over a year by 169 million Pakistanis and still be left with $60 billion to spare. The four richest Indians are now richer than the forty richest Chinese

In November, Bombay Stock Exchange`s benchmark Sensex flirted with 20,000 points. As a consequence, Mukesh Ambani`s Reliance Industries became a $100 billion company (the entire KSE is capitalized at $65 billion). Mukesh owns 48 percent of Reliance.

In November, comes Neeta`s birthday. Neeta turned forty-four three weeks ago. Look what she got from her husband as her birthday
present:
A sixty-million dollar jet with a custom fitted master bedroom, bathroom with mood lighting, a sky bar, entertainment cabins, satellite television, wireless communication and a separate cabin with game consoles. Neeta is Mukesh Ambani`s wife, and Mukesh is not India `s richest but the second richest.

Mukesh is now building his new home, Residence Antillia (after a mythical, phantom island somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean ). At a cost of $1 billion this would be the most expensive home on the face of the planet. At 173 meters tall Mukesh`s new family residence, for a family of six, will be the equivalent of a 60-storeyed building. The first six floors are reserved for parking. The seventh floor is for car servicing and maintenance. The eighth floor houses a mini-theatre. Then there`s a health club, a gym and a swimming pool. Two floors are reserved for Ambani family`s guests. Four floors above the guest floors are family floors all with a superb view of the Arabian Sea .
On top of everything are three helipads. A staff of 600 is expected to care for the family and their family home.

In 2004, India became the 3rd most attractive foreign direct investment destination. Pakistan wasn`t even in the top 25 countries.
In 2004, the United Nations, the representative body of 192 sovereign member states, had requested the Election Commission of India to assist the UN in the holding elections in Al Jumhuriyah al Iraqiyah and Dowlat-e Eslami-ye Afghanestan. Why the Election Commission of India and not the Election Commission of Pakistan? After all, Islamabad is closer to Kabul than is Delhi .

Imagine, 12 percent of all American scientists are of Indian origin; 38 percent of doctors in America are Indian; 36 percent of NASA scientists are Indians; 34 percent of Microsoft employees are Indians; and 28 percent of IBM employees are Indians.

For the record: Sabeer Bhatia created and founded Hotmail. Sun Microsystems was founded by Vinod Khosla. The Intel Pentium processor, that runs 90 percent of all computers, was fathered by Vinod Dham.
Rajiv Gupta co-invented Hewlett Packard`s E-speak project. Four out often Silicon Valley start-ups are run by Indians. Bollywood produces 800 movies per year and six Indian ladies have won Miss Universe/Miss World titles over the past 10 years.

For the record: Azim Premji, the richest Muslim entrepreneur on the face of the planet, was born in Bombay and now lives in Bangalore India now has more than three dozen billionaires; Pakistan has none (not a single dollar billionaire) .

The other amazing aspect is the rapid pace at which India is creating wealth In 2002, Dhirubhai Ambani, Mukesh and Anil Ambani`s father, left his two sons a fortune worth $2.8 billion In 2007, their combined wealth stood at $94 billion. On 29 October 2007, as a result of the stock market rally and the appreciation of the Indian rupee, Mukesh became the richest person in the world, with net worth climbing to US$63.2 billion (Bill Gates, the richest American, stands at around $56 billion). Indians and Pakistanis have the same Y-chromosome haplogroup. We have the same genetic sequence and the same genetic marker (namely: M124).
We have the same DNA molecule, the same DNA sequence. Our culture, our traditions and our cuisine are all the same. We watch the same movies and sing the same songs. What is it that Indians have and we don`t?

INDIANS ELECT THEIR LEADERS!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!

And also to mention: They think of Construction of own nation, unlike other nations who are just concerned with destruction of others...

Simple answer why the Indian fare better than the Pakistani counterparts. Indians don`t focus on religion and neither do they spend time and money in devising ways to kill their own and everyone else over religion.

Dear DM,

just post with good intentions and healthy debates -- things will always be fine

slip of the tongue happens ( i guess i do it many times )--- one should gracefully accept it ---

however now with so many of us becoming ( without we knowing ) thick virtual friends --- we should do harmless leg pulling --- all in good fun ( laughter is healthy they say now a days )---

MMB has this group ( not me )of such distinguished gentlemen of high IQ and a passion for stocks and markets --- no wonder most of us always log in without fail

we have to sidestep some garbage here and there ( like those debates on ratings somewhere , do they matter for those serious about their money in markets -- see i put my foot in the mouth)

wish you happy profits always

cheers

It was a Sports Stadium.

Eight Children were standing on the track to participate in a running event.

* Ready! * Steady! * Bang !!!

With the sound of Toy pistol,

All eight girls started running.

Hardly had they covered ten to fifteen steps,

when one of the smaller girls slipped and fell down,

Due to bruises and pain she started crying.

When the other seven girls heard the little girl cry they
stopped running, stood for a while and turned back.

Seeing the girl on the track they all ran to help.

One among them bent down, picked her up and kissed her gently

And enquired as to how she was..

They then lifted the fallen girl pacifying her.

Two of them held her firmly while all seven joined hands
together and walked together towards the winning
post........ .

There was pin drop silence at the spectator`s stand.

Officials were shocked.

Slow claps multiplied to thousands as the spectators stood
up in appreciation.

Many eyes were filled with tears

And perhaps even God`s!

YES.!! This happened in Hyderabad [INDIA], recently!

The sport was conducted by

National Institute of Mental Health.

All these special girls had come to participate in this event

They were spastic children.

Yes, they were Mentally Challenged.

What did they teach the WORLD.?

Teamwork.?

Humanity.?

Equality among all.??

Successful people help others who are slow in learning

So that they are not left far behind.

This is really a great message... Spread it.!

I think we never do this because we have brains !!!

In Life, Do not be serious. Be sincere

Senor et Senorita Moderator,

The last couple days, it has been real ugly on the boards and unless you take charge like a leader, that you are anyway supposed to be, it may get uglier.

A border pointed out that an article `copy pasted` by boarder under the name of `kotakinvestment` posted under the title “Serious currency wars are going to be major feature in second quarter of 2010. BEWARE." on 06 Feb 2010 at 02:49

Even the title was lifted from the website `financial wisdom by Kalidas`.

When one of our boarders made this filthy act of plagiarism, public, Kotakinvestment`s watchdog under ID "spruha_it" launced a filthy tirade against several boarders.

It is time you rise up to the occassion and admonish spruha it. If you cannot, we boarders have the right to defend our self esteem. I for one, will not back off or cowher. I will give the perpetrators a taste of their own medicine. This will only make the board uglier.

It is upto you and your team to ensure that decorum is maintained. The onus is on your shoulders, however, the decision to carry it out is entirely upto you and your team.

Besides, wishing you luck, there is nothing much I or any other boarder can do.

You are one of those who always go for LT investments, right?

Now tell what is the golden rule of LT Investment??

1)The promoters shld never have indulged in insider trading..etc....etc. and even shld not have alloted FCD themselves, and not to retail.

Now tell me how cos on dalal street have this track record.

Now give me the data on the vanishing cos on BSE and NSE.

The Balance sheet and P&L,over which you burn your midnight oil,are prepared by the best of BS experts of this BS game.

Tell me how many of analyst of your genre could figure out what was cooking in Enron, leave Enron tell me abt Sathyam atleast.

You pick your magnifying glass and try to discover which penny stock will become large cap stock, the so called `Leaders of Tomo`

How many you can name!

I can name many large cap stocks who became penny stock in no time, the latest is JAL
