I had read somewhere that the promoters of seekport were Indian and directly or indirectly related to the promoters of AFTEK. AFTEK had paid more than 100 times the reasonable value of SEEKPORT to the promoters of seekport. The same strategy was also adopted in respect of purchase of ELVEN which had common promoters. It is a good thing that the auditors have asked for provision to be made in respect of investment in seekport. Any value realised for IPs in seekport will be a type of secret reserve. Hope the current auditors continue for few more years. Their accounts are becoming more transparent.

If similar warnings had been given when i had made my inital purchase years back, I might have not entered this stock. This should be on the first page of MMB for the next many days to make the potential new investors aware of the risk involved in investing in this scrip. I may add two more points
The auditors qualifications in their report make a mockery of their financial statements
The words of the promoters cannot be relied on
