. . . . complete knee jerk reaction from our market which is not really warranted . . . . watch the upward flicker now in place which should level off before the day is over!! Cheers!! :-)

dear nadhi,
i agree, there`s some time now on hands to start accumualting some of the value buys now :)
IFL, hope u havent picked up all in one go, i believe, it should be taken up in parts, for the long haul ahead, for very patient guys, eventhough it`s bottoming out, its looking intensely bearish.but on the other hand, as you say, these are the times when such value stocks should be started accoumation.
my main concern on IFL is, new promoters
now having 89% of the equity, so what happens when they decide to delist?
and shoudl we expect it to be delisted..
because ifl price doesnt seem to be moving anywhere in a hurry, and what if, out of the blue, announcement comes, when price has already fallen more?
please shed further light on this , much appreciated.
Regards,
jashn

With the British Rule of 10 decades and 6 decades on independence we have been a suprressed nation all these 16 decades.
No doubt the world has seen a lot of progress in engineering because of the shortage of human workforce and some quality utility products however we were looked down upon and shunned and humiliated from every corner of this world.
Now this MMB wishes to define cheats and frauds by comparing us to the very frauds in the west and now also in the middle-east. What did we do wrong in having two guys called Mukesh Ambani and Anil Ambani?
Now we let all the cheats and frauds who have plundered the world and take us for a ride and go scott free with their definition of honesty, purity, transparency and good corporate governance.
Good corporate governance when a sovreign nation like Dubai can take the world for a ride?
It is time we learnt to be self sufficent and self reliant and take the world on our own terms. No more slave mentality and we should hold our heads sky high and teach this world about good manners, how to behave and how to live within our own means.
Let us do it with Indian style mannerisms and cheat our way through. There is no measure of cheat and fraud that exists anymore. Either we do it our way or we go through another 16 decades of torture and misery dished out by these cheats and frauds.
Forget our media they are hand in glove with the FII cheats and frauds. 0% interest, money has no value? I only see jokers and cheats in them!

After the doom and gloom of 2008 and heady gains of 2009, experts think next year might be a calm, boring one for stocks. There`s nothing wrong with that.

Dear chief_kamani,
Who made the fraud they will pay if they have any resources this is the straight answer.
Just see What recent claimants asked the management they are urging the company to show the amount which they are claiming as debt in the books of accounts. This shows all the matter that they have been deceived by Ramalinga raju and his accomplice. It is a fraud case but not not a money claims case. First of all these claimants should show the court substantial evidence that the so called fraud or liability is made for the benefit of the company then only there will arise a liability. Is it possible to them to prove like that if it is the case they should not have urged the company to show them as debt in the books of account. The remaining it may be 14000 crores or more or less also is the same case it is not at all a liability to mahindra satyam. Only some of class actions pending in us are the liabilities for them the management has clearly recognized the total maximum liability and started steps to solve them out of court so this company will get out of troubles very soon. One of the main reason for not disclosing results is that if company disclose good profits the creditors will demand more money in settlement. Thats why the company is just waiting to first settle cases with creditors.
