Ansal Properties to pump in Rs 3,600 cr in 270-acre IT SEZ

Real estate major Ansal Properties and Infrastructure on Wednesday said it will invest Rs 3,600 crore for developing a 270-acre IT Special Economic Zone and parks in the country.
The proposed 270 acre SEZ would consist of an IT zone, commercial zone, residential zone and a recreational area, a statement issued by Ansal Properties said.
\"These SEZ are aimed at growing IT and ITES companies who are choosing to set up centres in adjoining area of Tier I cities in view of global economic pressure to reduce costs and maximise returns,\" Ansal API Vice-Chairman and Managing Director Pranav Ansal said.
The company developed IT SEZ and IT Park would be branded as \'The Campus\' and \'Net City\' respectively, it added.
Ansal Properties currently has approval for setting up IT or ITES SEZs in Greater Noida, Gurgaon and Mumbai. -T H

It may be possible for this stock to come down as predicted by the fellow investor. Because anything is possible in the stock market. Also, nobody can predict anything in the market. However, today\\\\`s developments in Ansal Properties suggest that the stock is due for appreciation immediately....

At 12:35 pm, Ansal Properties & Infrastructure was quoting at Rs 107.45, up Rs 2.10, or 1.99%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 108.70 and an intraday low of Rs 105.35. The is planning to Invest Rs 3,600 crore in IT SEZ, Parks, reports CNBC-TV18. It was trading with volumes of 538,472 shares.

Mr dear friend,
It will again come to level 82 and lower than that also. Future prospects are not good for this company. It is only in real estate space and paying interest of 24 - 32%. If you still invest in real estate space then go for Unitech and Dlf, but atleast ignore Omaxe, Ansal, HDIL. These all are kind of wind falls, any time it may change direction. By this month end it will test 90 for sure. Just check out all my analysis in my forums.
I prdicted Jet airways from 600 to 275, and people ignored it and laughing at me, and actually it went to 290 levels, at that time they were crying. This is stock market, all about game and gambling.
I don\\`t want to discourage anyone, but it\\`s my analysis cum prediction.

I fully agree with you. Infact this is the one of the oldest listed realty co and is major player in this fields. The only problem with this co is that it has no good relation with borkers and media industry other wise DLF erstwhile DLF Universal has become such a valued co. This co should have become even more valued because it was present before many of new mushroomed mid level realty co formed. I wish Mr. Sushil Ansal understands this and makes good friends in media as well as in share market, with this he only will become billories we as retail investor will not have much impact we hardly hold 200-500 shares....

Ansal Properties & Infrastructure was trading with volumes of 1,581,731 shares. At 11:40 am, the share was quoting at Rs 98.90, up Rs 7.75, or 8.50%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 99.80 and an intraday low of Rs 91.20. Yesterday the share closed down 1.94% or Rs 1.80 at Rs 91.15.

Of course YES. Rs.100 was the psychological barrier for this stock. Now it has been broken. One can expect a very sharp appreciation for next few days. It will not be a wonder if it reaches Rs.300 which is another barrier....
