Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2008, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend of 140% (Rs 14/- per share), over and above 180% (Rs 18/- per share) already paid as interim dividend in December, 2007 for the FY 2007-08, subject to approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
