BUY Everonn at this level at Rs.525, there is strong upside of around Rs.700 + and more, also evevronn is included in F&O So dont wait from now...

Hamilton - Everonn has plans to expand its business big time, it has already aquired laons, etc. for the purpose. However, it will still fall short of money & hence the rights issue. The company fixes a ratio for rights issue, like for example 1:2, i.e. 1 share for every 2 you hold & then they decide the amount which is normally lesss than the trading price at the time of announcement. So you may get to obtain 25 additional shares at Rs.400 per share.This is optional & if you want to can abstain. I hope this makes sense. ...

From current price of 470 if you double the price (940) & then devided by the current EPS of 11.92 the PE still works to less than Educomp. Make up your mind !
