This stock doesnot go up or down. It goes round and round.. So folks, who are spending unnecessary time in thinking it wil rise to u\\`r level of 25~52~100~1000.. can better play ring-a-ring-a roses, atleast u will enjoy with u\\`r kids.....

This counter has started its upward journey. On technical grounds it is in the first leg of its bull phase. Those who want to get early ticket to a high flier can do it atonce.

You are in my mailing list. For the last few months, I have not been able to devote more time to fundamental analysis etc. due to professional pre-occupations, family matters.
Your question is well taken and speaks of intelligent intent behind. My experience and keen observation tells me that there are operators who may be interested in specific shares or specific group of shares. Coming to SPIC group, there are operators who drive up the share value and such shares see bull runs more than once in an year.
SPEL has already seen a mini bull run during the last month (from 14 levels to 27.40 levels). 27 levels was reached in the first week of August. One keep reader of my e-mails, who had accumulated SPEL from 22 levels down to 14 levels (more than 5000 shares) asked me whether he can book profits.
Sir, booking profits is the investor\\`s prerogative but there is nothing wrong in booking partial profits.
The above mechanism may come under technical trends. However, I advise investors to follow the fundamentals.

Dear Shri EC Raja,
SPEL hit upper circuit today (lst August). Total volumes were over 2 Lakhs and 1 Lakh shares\\` pending order with no sellers. Does it mean bull run has entered this scrip.
