The sales in the last quarter has come down drastically.
PAT was significantly lower ,when compared to earlier qtrs. The stock has moved up because of increase in the promoter stake , as they bought it from open market. I do not see any rise....

I don't see any adverse impact of FCCB. As expected earlier wockhardt doing the best. I expected 1000 Cr EBITDA for 2009 and 250 Cr spread over 4 quarters. Yes if you see EBITDA of Q2 -2008 , its near 250 cr (Actuals were 231 Cr). Hence I am very positive on Wock and likely to reward in coming years. I expect it to trade around 1000+ in 18-24 months. As guided Wock management sure will reward 225% dividend this year.

Results are undoubtedly not bad. But the scrip is hardly making any move. Reason seems to be nothing but FCCB issue. Either the price will move up to comfort zone by the time for conversion of the FCCB or the co. has to redeem the bonds that would be adverse for cash flow then. What is ur call. Thanks DK...
