Modi Rubber Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 28, 2008, inter alia, to approve the Audited Annual Accounts for year ended March 31, 2008, re-appointment of Directors / Auditors etc....

Modi Rubber Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company took note of Dr. BK Modis resignation letter dated July 19, 2008 at its meeting held on the same date and accordingly Dr. Modi has ceased to be a director of the Company with effect from that date. Company has already informed the Registrar of Companies, UP, Kanpur, to this effect....

Modi Rubber Ltd. has informed the Exchange that "The Board of Directors of the Company took note of Dr.B K Modis resignation letter dated 19.07.2008 at its meeting held on the same date and accordingly Dr. Modi has ceased to be a director of the Company with effect from the date. Company has already informed the Registrar of Companies, UP, Kanpur, to this effect"....
