Large profit will come into balance sheet from sale of land like standard industries (nocil has substanttial holding in this co.)and other companies of mafatlal group...

NOCIL Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 22, 2008, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
