After the scheme of arrangement 2 shares issued for every 25 shares of KEC INTERNATIONAL. So when calculate the price range based on net assets,market value of kec,PE comparision of peer groups and information from octave investmens is possible.So the correct price range is Rs 250 to350. so be aware to volatile of new listing....

KEC share price during jan 2008 was 780/- and on 18th july it traded as low as 340/- which is less than half of 780/-.

Some investors misguided on 2nd may to buy KEC shares when Q1 was announced. On that day the share price was 630/-.
Just see where the price was on 18th july 2008, it traded as low price of 340/-.
The management should announce bonus or buy back to improve the sagging image of KEC.
