Good results for FY-08 by TTK Prestige. Net Profit is up by 75.62% to Rs 206.7 million in FY-08 as compared to Rs 117.7 million for FY-07. Included in Net Profit for FY-08 is extra-ordinary income of Rs 29.4 million. If the extra-ordinary income is excluded, the Net Profit amounts to Rs 177.3 million and net profit growth of 50.64%.

Total Income is up by 16.24% to Rs 3,274.3 million in FY-08 as compared to Rs 2,816.8 million in FY-07. There is improvement in the operating profit margin, which is 9.97% in FY-08 as compared to 9.16% last year.

For the March-08 quarter the Net Profit is up by 104% to Rs 49.2 million as compared to Rs 24.1 million for Mar-07 quarter. Included in the Net Profit for this quarter is Rs 28.9 million of extra-ordinary income. The Total Income is up in Mar-08 quarter by 25.18% to Rs 640.7 million as compared to Rs 512 million in Mar-07 quarter.

The EPS for FY-08 is Rs 18.21 (Rs 15.65 if extra-ordinary income is excluded) as compared to 10.37 for FY-07. At current market price of Rs 132 the PE is 7.25. The Return on Equity is 30.96%. Book Value per shares is Rs 58.9. Price to Book Value is 2.24. The market capitalization comes to Rs 1,496 million. Market Capitalization to Net Sales is 0.46.

The Company has declared increased dividend of 35% on face value of Rs 10 as compared to last year’s dividend of 30%.
