With reference to the earlier announcement dated September 17, 2008 regarding the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed October 18, 2008 as the Record Date for the purpose of Sub-division / Stock Split of Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs 10 each of the Company into the face value of Rs 2 each, AIA Engineering Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company hereby change the Record date fixed as "October 18, 2008" to "October 20, 2008" for the purpose of Sub-division / Stock Split of Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs 10 each of the Company into the face value of Rs 2 each....
