Dear WBuffett001,

I have been reading Kalidas Sir since almost an year back. My Biggest Misfortune was that i missed his post (due to lack of time) during Dec Jan 08 ... had i read those i definitely would have saved a lot of money for me and my father.

Based on his recommendation, i nearly sold off everything, during early april and was sitting on cash till this monday (when i invested some part to make quick bucks if the FED gives some loan).

My father still not sold anything and the portfolio is in pretty bad shape. That's why i asked Sir to tell on the blog on how to restructure the portfolio. He owns a lot of script (the strategy i hate, and ofter argue with him on this ... so there is a difference of opinion on this, as well as on timing the selling of equity in the family itself, so you can see moneycontrol is a large large family).

I still do not think he said anything to you or for that matter to any boarders which should be taken off as personal insult.

I feel indian markets has shown most resiliant to these bad news in couple of weeks. May be it is the bottom or may be we will see 9200 on sensex. I hope it does not show us 9200 but it doesnt goes by our wishes. Only time can answer that.

The most satisfying thing on Money control for me is reading his threads which has often brought best of all the boarders here on moneycontrol including yourself.

Regards,
Vivek...

Dear Sir,

I have a request. Please for the benefit of all, give some kind of restructuring mechanism for portfolio restructuring in these troubled times. Those who have not sold, earlier and still waiting on their equity to grow, can they still get any benefit from the restructuring their portfolio.

I know it can\\`t be a stock specific guidance but a general guidelines to follow so as to maximize their returns as and when the equity markets start growing again.

People at large will benefit, if you can throw some light on this topic. May be it can be part of your next blog topic.

Warm Regards,
Vivek...
