dear DK, what are you talking about???????
The company has book value of Rs. 453/- and resrve Rs. 1250/- crore, while the comapany`s total Equity share capital is 28 crore only, why company can not issue bonus.
There is provision in company`s Act that
"if any company`s Reserve will become three time of equity share capital, the company must issue bonus share to capitalise its reserve"
Now tell me why company not issue Bonus shares to its investors?????????...
there is no worry for long term investors... it will reach 400 on 3G auction...
