By that i dont mean that doubting me to be MALAYALI is ruining my reputation but they used MALAYALI'S stock views and his stubborn and proud behaviour to malign me.. but MALAYALI does not disrespect everyone, just that he is highly egoistic....

Dear radhika_nandlal,
Thanks for recommending the prakruti book. I am glad i was on MMB that i could knew of this book. Today is my last day on MMB and from tomorrow I will not be posting on MMB. I am fed up with people complaining about my work. I know some of them like my work on this board and sent me very messages filled with praise, but still I felt that MODERATOR also is not doing a fair job in redflagging those who write dirty messages with unparliamentary words. Infact in somecase some of my messages filled with pure analysis with no foul language have been removed on GREMACH board. Now I see them restored. Anyway, I have written my last post on GREMACH and that is it.
Thanks for sharing ur ideas on MMB and I enjoy a lot reading some of them. Your contributions on various forums is very good and esp i enjoy your contributions more on other areas BEAUTY, HEALTH, POLITICS etc than on stocks because you are more of a TECHNICAL ANALYST and are into DAY TRADING, but I like stocks on fundamental basis and analysis.
Good Luck and be nice and sweet as always you are with fellow boarders.

Dear emkay_stocks
You may be right, may be wrong in deciding to leave the board. I can't tell with clarity. Though I have one suggestion. If we can learn to embrace death multiple times, we can definitely survive here. Things you must have sought is found only in books.
Please put a brave face and let the emkay flag keep flying. Thanks.
regards
TC...

And emkay stocks remember yoga is a cure for most things but when there is a dislocation or tear u cannot do an yogic posture, the dislocation limits it... and what did i read about overcoming this.. yes i read in a book that just imagine that you are in the yogic posture which ur dislocation or tear is preventing u from doing.. if everything is a state of mind yoga too could be a state of mind.. imagine urself in that posture which requires all ur muscles to be functional and lo and behold ur mind would send out a message to the tendon or muscle affected and healing process kicks in. See how powerful the mind can be... there are mind boggling books.....

Dear Radhika,
It was not diagonised as ARTHRITIS. It was just normal back and wrist pain, severe though. I have a mini gym at my house and I exercise for at least 2 hrs a day. I have hurt myself while doing some of the exercises for which doctor gave me a painkiller for 3 weeks. Its almost 2 weeks now and the relief is only for some time and it would come back.I dont like to take painkillers as its not good for health. So i thought HOMEO/AYUR will be good. I will take a peek at the book and get help. Thanks a lot again.

Emkay,
Here is the reason for arthritis if your back pain can be classified as arthritis??
Quote
**Arthritic sufferers are often psychologically rigid and inflexible. Suppose ur engaged in work you dislike or you resent your boss or u find your working conditions intolerable, if you will neither adapt nor admit to yourself your inability to adapt an attack of arthritis can give you a valid excuse to disengage from work without any blame, since physical disease is supposed beyond your control :)**
The baic philosophy of therapy for rheumatoid arthritis is summarized in a pithy sanskrit saying:
FASTING, SWEATING, AND BITTER PUNGENT TASTES ALL TO ENKINDLE THE DIGESTIVE FIRE.
He goes on to say it has an exacerbation phase and a remission phase and gives you diet for the two phases.
I am not sure how much of this applies to you but i think reading MANGEMENT OF ARTHRITIS in his book could help you help yourself. At least the logic behind acquiring arthritis is brilliant isnt it.. As they say its the mind that does all the harm.

Arthritis and rheumatism are all autoimmune diseases and he has presented good logic for these kinds of diseases... when we eat when we are not hungry we accumulate toxins (coz the food is not digested well when we are not hungry and any undigested food becomes AMA = TOXINS). The AMA then moves into the joints from the colon causing lubrication problems. So fasting helps... see the mind itself is working out a plan for you to stay away from ur work becoz ur not able to adapt to your working conditions. It convinces the body show arthritic changes so u have a valid excuse to stay away from work.. which other book except ayurveda can give such a wholesome logic to arthritis... only a psychiatrist comes somewhere close to ayurveda but he will drug us with cyclic drugs which cause more harm than good.... try reading this book.. its just Rs 175 and has just 200 pages.. once u try this you can then check how brilliant the ayurved ur going to is.. whether its authentic.. if you dont know anything about ayurved then anyone can fool us and quacks love illiterates and even allopaths love those who have faith than knowledge.. its natural.. but dont show ur knowledge to the doctor, read the book, prepare urself and then check out the local ayurved doc for his abilities. LOL...

Emkay stocks,
Could u tell me what problems ur having? I will look into the book. You may also buy this book immediately. There is no need to go for those ayurvedic medicines right away.. dont give up ur allopathic drugs either.
First you read the book and see if your convinced, then try those diets he has recommended for at least 6 months and see if it does something to your feeling of wellbeing.. if you go to fabindia you get a lot of ayurvedic organic food, i mean foods that are not medicines but can be eaten as food such as amalakai for pitta state... i will quote about amalakai... triphala is actually three herbs but amalakai is for pure pitta dosha... i am plannign to buy a bottle there.. they also have various soaps like ocimum, rose, sandalwood, jasmine etc.. they have a whole lot of tea leves and they have some good organic foods... try those from fab india before you visit an ayurved specialist... also if you go register for shri shri ravishankar's breatihng technique programs you will get an idea of the food tehy eat.. no chillies , no spice, plain bland food and herbal tea or coffee i think.. enroll into his three day program to get an overall feel of the holistic approach to ayurved.. i am afraid of these local ayurved docs who knows what metals they add... this book is good.. its a do it yourself book and u only have to alter ur diet, your soaps and ur massage oils to get fit... so might as well try this... for example brahmi is good for alzhimer patients and its a cure for Vata.. its avilable in FAB INDIA...Ravishankar centers also sell AYURVEDIC PRODUCTS though i dont have the details.
But ANANDA SPA is very intersting.. tucked in the himalays its a very beckoniing aurvedic get away. Try doing a google for it.

Emkay,
Please be careful when you interact with Shruti. She is eitehr superstar or she is a fan of superstar or somethign to that effect.. I think u have given some contrarion views on the stock shruti recommended and now i have a message from a guest saying i am TAMEEM and emkay stocks.
Tameem is actually one briliant boarder by name chest50arms20 who lost interest in markets and has quit MMB... my writing is nowhere near to his ingenious skills but this superstar who has been redflagged thinks i am chest50arms20. I think he has worn blinders that its not possible for him to take a contrarion view on his stock. So if anyone writes anything it becomes chest50arms20 and then it becomes me so right now ur me.. LOL... SO BEWRAE OF SHRUTI.. and whats more chest50arms20 thinks highly of superstar so what do u have to say to this?...
