This company was suspened since Jan. 08 and was traded at 7.86 when it was suspended. Now company reduced its share capital by 90% by reducing the value of shares from Rs. 10 to Re. 1. Hence adjusted price comes to Rs. 78 but the company allotted Re. 1 Share at a premium of Rs. 20 to its creditors, that way value comes to Rs. 21.
Seeing this it may list around 20-25 on its listing tommorow....
