Can not agree with you more. If around 31 lacs shares have been tendered at the same price, it implies manipulation. Remaining holders should NOT tender their shares at this ridiculous price. Last time, the discovered price was Rs. 750/. Even if the shares are delisted, only result will be that the holder will not be able to sell in the market.The holder will have to be paid Dividend and receive benefit of future Bonus. Let us jointly create a headache for the Company and set an example for other MNC's from deceiving small share holders....

This is one trick played on small investors to unwisley part with their shares quoting Rs. 600/ or so as the price.The Germans will happily "buy" the shares worth 3 times the quoted price....

as i know none hv recei8ved the open offer documents yet n probably icici is delaying the same as there is no surprise if the deal get cancelled! looks a sure shot to short now at least for a target of around rs470/-. dont keep till the open offer n sell monday opening. did u forget that singh said usfda will withdraw motion before 1st week of august n though second week completed, no hearing from them n none of the new approvals hv come till date! my advise short as much possible n if not, be away from the stock! - tks n regds - gupta....
