panakals,its not necessary that every aspect should be written here due to paucity of time but let me inform you that the co is on its way to expansion n complete by dec,2008 and full results of that will be seen in a year's time by dec,2009 and also revenues too are stated to go up to 1000cr/annum(co informs so)...

There is no Comment on the Expansion and the Growth Based on the first quarter results as per the Interview posted in moneycontrol.
Will the stock go below the CMP 26 and go back to 17 levels, where it remained for long time, Or can we enter the stock around 20 Levels

Sabero organics is a small co in to insecticides,fungicides n herbicides,located at VAPI in VALSAD distt of gujrat.Thet providecomplete solution to crop protection.Their 50% revenue comes from exports n have registtion in more than 25 countries
They have three subsidiaries overseas and have approval from world class manufacturers
Finacials:The co has mid sized capital base n revnue growth over last quarter is about 30%where as botom line is very high n EPS has risen from less than a rupee to over 2 ruppes for the quarter
The price movement is low of Rs9+ n high of Rs33/- n CMP is Rs26/-A position can be taken in th stock after seeing its movement for a day or two.Its a closely held co
Only concerns are high debts which are to be serviced although there is no expansion but debt is stagnant
Its a closely held co of CHUGANIS
