How can u say like this. Fraight rates low so company`s earning go low. U just see the EPS of all the shipping company. It is only one of the major company in private sector.
so don`t make humers for that.

The company would be under immense pressure for next 2 years. The next target on this stock is 160 Rs. One can go short in this stock or at leat exit this. Freight rates have come down and there is down ward cycle. Oil prices have corrected, and so offshore addition is not going to pay plus china slowdown is going to hurt company. The company has huge debt, but the management is managing that very appropriately. Salute to seth brothers that this share is not in 2 digits. Exit this counter

The support level for geshipping is 270/-. If it breaks below that, it will fall sharply....

Limited has informed the Exchange vide its letter dated October 01, 2008, that: "The Company had, on August 09, 2007, allotted 50,05,000 convertible Warrants on preferential basis to certain Promoters and Non Executive Directors of the Company. Mr. Rusi N. Sethna jointly with Mrs. Arnavaz Rusi Sethna has opted for conversion of the 10,000 Warrants allotted to them, into equity shares at the predetermined price of Rs. 312.75 per share. Pursuant to this, the Preferential Issue Committee of the Company has today allotted 10,000 equity shares to Mr. Rusi N. Sethna and Mrs. Arnavaz Rusi Sethna"....

Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd (GE Shipping) has informed BSE that the Company had, on August 09, 2007, allotted 50,05,000 convertible Warrants on preferential basis to certain Promoters and Non Executive Directors of the Company.

Mr. Rusi N Sethna jointly with Mrs. Arnavaz Rusi Sethna has opted for conversion of the 10,000 Warrants allotted to them, into equity shares at the predetermined price of Rs 312.75 per share.
