US market was looking weak at the opening. Our market is very much range bound. I feel, if do not break 4921 on closing basis it may cross 5100-5200 range and this may provide lot of short ialution in last two three days of expiry. I think u r not getting my point behind these examples. I am investing in stock market for more than 10yrs. And my investment is significant. I good amount investment in. I know who is moving it and when they will dump their large chunk of shares. First it will rise sharply then it will correct 50%. After correcting 50% retail investor see it as lucrative option. Once those big people finds buyers for their shares they will dump and leave the share with retail investors. After that your will never see any research report, media coverage, buy call on tv etc. All these are very well paid. Finally target is always retail investors who loses money....

Do not hesitate to invest in Kinetic Motors since citibank totally offloaded their holding. They are jokers on the earth.

The same thing Fedility Investments and DSP Merilinch offloaded Sathyam Computers at Rs 32 on 8th Jan 2009 and now what happed to Sathyam.

Still people are buying at Rs 104 plus. For Kinetic Motors results are due, special dividend is on the cards and Face Value of Rs. 10 with M & M joint venture it is very sure shoot.

Post Scam Satyam Value approx Rs 145/-

Ex Chairman played with his reserves of the company and forged for Rs 7000 crores it works out to $ 1.25 bn. When US Citibank having housing loan losses to the tune $ 50 bn. Satyam did very very minimum.

PC Gupta, says post scam Satyam has immovable properties like Buildings and land, own campuses, and other assets and great brains, resourses, customers, fast deliverable capacities and technology transfers these are having corporate value Rs 3800 crores.

Whoever takes this company is a great benefiter by saving time / cost / HR / Licenses / Acquiring great cclients.

No one under the earth cannot build these IT infrastructures within 3 months.

When the share price goes beyond Rs 145 per share automatically Newyork based investors will withdraw their complaints and cases against the company. So that Acquirer will be free from encumbrances.

Satyam paid up eq Rs 135 crores and approx Enterprise value Rs 3800 and having Rs 10000 crores revenue even if 30% goes off Satyam will have revenue of Rs 7000 crore pa and 7% margin PAT.

If u calculate Rs 3800 crs / Rs 135 paid up capital per share will come Rs 266/- on FV Rs 10 and Rs. 57 FV Rs 2/-.

If L&T (having funds upto Rs 10000 crs reserves) did wise decision of acquiring at a price of Rs 34/- per share for Rs 650 crores,

or IGate (having reserves only Rs 300 crs)how he will buy?
