Can Fin Homes Ltd has informed the Exchange that Mr. K. Subba Rao, Wholetime Director of the Company had rendered resignation and the same was accepted at the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held on July 18, 2008, with effect from July 18, 2008. Further Mr. K.K. Misra has been inducted as an Additional Director of the Company pursuant to Section 260 of the Companies Act, 1956 ("the Act") and appointed as the Managing Director u/s 198, 269 and all the applicable provisions if any, of the Companies Act, 1956, at the above meeting with effect from July 18, 2008....
