Company informed the BSE on Jan 30 that it:
1. Approved the allotment paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 109.58 per share for cash to employees of the Company on exercise of options vested on April 12,2009 in accordance with KLG Employee Stock Option Scheme,2005.
2. Approved the Sub-division of 1 (one) equity shares of the Company having face value of Rs. 10/- each into 10 (Ten) equity shares of Rs. 1/- each subject to the approval of shareholders.
3. Approved the Postal Ballot Notice for seeking shareholders approval for Sub-Division of equity shares and Amendment in the Memorandum of Association. "...............hence the split date will be known only after postal ballot results which will take around another 45 days.

Why is it coming down?................Heavy selling today;it appears someone is not happy with all this stock-polemics so is exiting moreover with the results showing both sales and NP down and also a question mark on future business prospects....

Stock hit a low of 450 today and do note that these IPO stocks are by and large overpriced.Corporate greed is such that most corporates overprice their IPO leaving nothing much for the retail investor.Hence one should quickly book IPO profits(however small they may be)as soon these could turn to losses!Best to wait and watch.One could enter this stock below 400 levels if it does get there....

It appears to be a right decision as stock fell 7.5% from there..........todays volumes were 6,302,572 almost half of yesterday but fatigue in continously buying such huge volumes in a small-cap counter coupled with some profit booking has pulled the stock down.Market in last one hour also went down.Also small-caps just tumble when the market tanks............however fundamentally the stock is still a hold....

Thanks for Ur query.I mantain my target of 40-50 levels short term.Stock has already appreciated by almost 20% since I was pressing to buy this script one week back.Do not exit below 42 levels as all is well with this company and promoters are held by me in esteem.

In the medium term I see this stock above 55 levels and long term 60-90 levels....

Stock performed well today and held around 35 giving around 15% gain to those who entered three days back......Huge selling volumes fell by 50% today which shows FII selling is easing.

Now we wait for bonus announcement and results.Hold for the stock to move gradually upwards to 40-50 levels which will eventually come....
