There should be a constant healthy growth to give confidence to the long term investor.... the long term holders already shocked by seeing the way it fell from higher levels....
Everybody says/agrees fundamentals are strong,but the same thing not appearing in the results.... for the past three years ,not able to grow more than 25% in net sales.... the only thing is, the business model has become more quality with the so many approvals for regulated markets.... but in bear markets investors see the profit growth with magnified lenses....
Auro given poor performance in Q1,if the same pressures appear in coming quarters,it could be a set back for long term holder.... only short term traders and informed speculators enjoying in the counter.... investors/holders are hardly benefitting from the stock since 4 years.......

The results are worst than expected.... the net dips from 61 crores to 16 crores in the first quarter....
Now Auro is fully valued at 300 till the next results.... fccb hangover is very strong.... short term investors may utilise the rises to exit....

Irrespective of approvals for developed/regulated markets,they are not able to maintain the profit growth continueously.... FCCB issue became a over burden.... this year the eps may not be more than 30.... the Q1 results clearly shown the effect....
So,at 10 pe multiple it is fairly/fully valued for the near term.... the next quarter results will be important for short term investors....

Aurobindo Pharma has received final approval from the US Food & Drug Administration to manufacture and market alendronate sodium tablets USP 10mg, 35mg and 70mg.
Alendronate sodium tablets are the generic equivalent of Merck & Co Inc’s Fosamax tablets USP 10mg, 35mg and 70mg, which are indicated for the treatment of osteoporosis (bone disease).
