The real estate shares are in bull run due to Govt. declaration. Due to this Kolte Patil could go upto Rs.70/- very soon....

I am inclined to enter this scrip at the current price for the following reasons:
Book Value 3 times the current price.
EPS of 17 rupees last year. First 2 quarters, ESP quite good.
In low price apartments.
Current rally in realty stocks started a few days back and will continue for some more time in view of special attention from the Government/Banks.
Current price a fraction of 52 week high.
