National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd (NTPC) has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2008, inter alia, to approve and take on record the audited Financial Results for the financial year ending on March 31, 2008 after these results are revised by the Audit Committee of the Board.

Further the Company has informed that, in that Board Meeting, Board of Directors shall also consider recommendation of final dividend for the year 2007-2008.
