Dear TK, The arrangement is such that Ross is just picking up FCCB alloted to someone else.. So it just adds liquidity for SpiceJect to help continue operations (as earlier Spice could not use...

I have heard that the Ross is going to buy less than 15% of shares & this will not result in open offer.I am not sure can any one confirm this news....

Do u think ROSS is fool to invest in SJ to rescue promoter, however, RoSS has much bigger interest in SJ for which it has done the deal. What i think ROSS has got some equity in this deal as well...

Can the deal be worth not even one dollar per share ?. Once the deal will be disclosed, I hope it will be more clear thet it will be more than a dollar per share. That means more than 42 Rs per s...

Within few days the deal with WL Ross will be clear. It is almost 50 Rs. and hence the market shares will have to be up to that level...

So the UPA will survive, Inflation rate is more or less same, Crude price is coming down. So spicejet shares will be more spicy now. Accumulate more, you can see the difference...
