Nandan Exim a textile company of Chirpla Group, struggling to put a good show and win investors' mind set.

This is a good company in denim business. Although certain government policies towards textile and export are not in favor of Nandan.

Still there could be an interim up move and this time it is not because of it's good performance show but because of Chirpal Group IPO. We can see up move when there is announcement about IPO date.

Most likely Nandan may merge in Chirpal Group or there could be dilution of investment by offering more shares to Chirpal Group. This depends on how Chirpal Group share perform on bourse.

So for the moment keep watching Nandan closely and exit when it reaches 4.00. The stretched target for Nandan in few months would be Rs. 4.30 but for this Chirpal Group share should come out in flying colours.
