The stakeholders' feedbacks are directly reported to the top management to take corrective actions as and when needed. Some queries if can not be answered instantaneously, will be answered within a fixed time frame to facilitate the stakeholders to get the right information at the right time.
Our management will also be meeting with our stakeholders directly in a mutually convenient place as often as possible.
