Thanks boss. that was informative.. I was not aware of the fact that they were taking in more debt. but as you said, this is a well managed company. so i hope for the best....

The money from land sale has come and gone already. The company used the money to repay debt and has take more debt. Current debt levels (i.e. total debt) net of fertilizer bonds are about Rs. 16...

In my opinion it is a great buy at CMP more particulary as it has received more than Rs.600 crores net of tax on sale of land. Even if the company utilises this money to repay debt the savings co...
