I like to add a small article in this reliance petro section because this is the first investment stock i have made and it has given great returns.

Everybody has a dream to become crorepati.If one has a capital of 12 lakhs now,and assuming he is working and earning 4 lakhs of CTC and he can save 1 lakh in first year ,2 lakhs in 2nd year,3 lakhs in 3 rd ,4th and 5th year.

there is a sure chance to become crorepati in a span of 5 years.

lets assume your age is 25now and you want to become a crorepati in 5 years time,say 30.
the stock market is going to have a boom period of another 5 years.
we have to look a safe investment of our money!!!!There are many stocks in the market which gives you 100% return in a month and 100% loss in a month.We will concentrate on stocks which gives steady returns over a period of time.

the stockmarket entirely dependent on india growth story.So we have to concentrate on stocks which is going to participate in this india growth story. India is going to spend more money on the power sector for the next five years around 51LAkhs crores are going to be invested in the power sector and lot of power companies IPO'S are in the pipeline.There will be ipo for sound companies in the near future apart from the power companies mentioned below.

1)Power Grid corporation(PGCIL)
2)Nation hydro electric power corporation(nhpc) - ipo in jan - march
3)rural electrical corporation(rec) - ipo in jan -march

the following power companies are already listed entity and they are giving more than 100% return every year
1)NTPC
Ipo came at 2004 year end at a price of 60 rs and with a span of 3 year time,the stock has increased three times
2)pfc
Ipo came before 4 to 5 months and the stock has more than doubled.

2007 - invest in RPL - around 2 lakhs
2007 - october - invest in Powergrid of around 3 lakhs
2008 - jan - march - Invest in NHPC - 2 lakhs
2008 - jan -march -invest in REC - 2 lakhs

(you also have 10 lakhs invested in the coming years,you save 1 lakh in first year ,2 lakhs in 2nd year, and 3 lakhs in 3 rd ,4th and 5th year,this money is saved from your salary and you are going to invest this money in very fundamental companies apart from the companies mentioned above)

Now you have invested around 9 lakhs and you have remaining 3 lakhs,have this money for applying IPO and buy when market corrects.This year market corrected 2 to 3 times and there was very good opportunity to make 30 to 50% within 1 to 2 months of time.For example i buyed rcom this correction at 468 and now it is almost increased 110 rs and it is about 25% return within 1 to 2 months of time.Always invest in very good sound companies when market is correcting,so that you can get your money back as soon as possible.

by 2012,assuming the above mentioned stocks gives 100% returns per year,

2 lakhs invested in rpl == 2 * 5 =10 lakhs
3 lakhs invested in power grid ==3 * 5 = 15 lakhs
2 lakhs invested in NHPC == 2 * 5 = 10 lakhs
2 lakhs investedin REC == 2 * 5 = 10 lakhs

total = 45 lakhs

dividend earned
For next five years.

dont expect dividend from rpl for next two years,rpl - 30,000 assuming 5rs
power grid = 1 lakh
NHPC = 75000
REC = 75000

TOTAL = 3 Lakhs

assuming the market corrects twice a year and you are getting 50% per 3 lakhs invested at the right time

2008 - 1st year - 50% return for 3 lakhs ==4.5 lakhs
2009 - 2nd year - 50% retun for 4.5 lakhs ==7 lakhs(approximate)
2010 - 3rd year - 50% return for 7 lakhs ==11 lakhs(approximate)
2011 - 4th year - 50% return for 11 lakhs ==15 lakhs(approximate)
2012 - 5th year - 50% return for 15 lakhs ==22 lakhs(approximate)

total = 22 lakhs
You can see many more companies with good fundamental are going to come with IPOS and you are going to invest the money saved in your salary(you save 1 lakh in first year ,2 lakhs in 2nd year, and 3 lakhs in 3 rd ,4th and 5th year,this money is saved from your salary and you are going to invest this money in very fundamental companies apart from the companies mentioned above)

2008 - 1st year -- at end of year you invest 1 lakh money in good fundamental company
2009 - 2nd year --at end of this year you invest 2 lakhs money in good fundamental company
2010 - 3rd year --at end of this year you invest 3 lakhs money in good fundamental company
2011 - 4th year --at end of this year you invest 3 lakhs money in good fundamental company
2012 - 5th year --at end of this year you invest 3 lakhs money in good fundamental company

Assuming 100% return per year at end of 5 th year

5 + 8 + 9 + 6 + 5

total = 34 lakhs
combine total of all the above ===1.04 crores
From here on,your journey moves to become a billionaire............
THIS MAY LOOK LIKE A DAY DREAM BUT A PROPER DECISION TAKEN AT THE RIGHT TIME CAN MAKE THIS A REALITY!!!!
