The co. has share capital of over Rs. 60 crores. But the turn over is hardly Rs 20 crores. A large amount of Rs. 30 crores is shown as sundry debtors. Audotors have also commented on the non performing nature of the ICD. We dont know to whom the amount is loaned and what is the relationship between the management and the borrowers. I feel either the co. has taken up business which they are not familiar or accommodating their friends and relatives. Better be wary of this co as is evident from balance sheet with Moneycontrol
