Dear Karunas
Since Reliance shares were performing above par till very recently we can expect some good improvement after the direction of the market is settled. Till then we can simply keep quite. Another thing that we can follow in this situation is - as you used to suggest very oftern - subjec to availability of funds we can add few quantity of the stock whenever there is a a fall.

Dear Deep Cool
A lot was expected from Reliance Capital. Even without delisting its subsidiaries, Reliance Capital was going on great guns and reaching the sky - nearing 3000 mark. But after the fall in Jan.2008 it has not recovered from the shcok. Whereas the issue of Reliance IPO was a great success, its listing was an utter failure. Almost all ADAG stocks suffered huge losses in the bources. Added insult to the injury is the unwanted and avoidable fight between the brothers. Since we are not getting any clear signals as far the markets are concerned nothing could be predicted exactly as of now.
But onething is sure, that is you can acumulate Rel.Capital whenever there is a fall.
With best wishes,
Sridharan...

Dear Mr Sridharan Dusi,
Many Thanks for your reply with the relevant page no quote from the Annual Report of the company. I will wait for the dividend to show up in my account. What according to you is the future outlook for this company. Is there any chance of the Insurance and broking arms being listed in the near future??
With Regards

Dear DEEP COOL
I have received the annual report for 07-08 and notice for the AGM to be held on 16-9-08 in respect of Reliance Capital. In the page under Director's Report under 'Dividend' column, it is stated that
a dividend of 55 per cent ie Rs.5.50 per share has been recommended for the year ended 31-3-08, for the shareholders whose name appear in the register of members as on 20-6-08. subject to the approval of the AGM to be held on 16-9-08. Therefore it may take at least another month to receive the proposed dividend.
I think you have to wait for some time, checking your bank account.

Yes Mr.Karunas. Whenever there is some spurt short term investors would use the opportunity to book profits. But as far as long term investors are concerned, the improvement is a positive sign, becasue sometime back Rel Cap was trading below 950 levels. But as you have pointed out CAUTION is the key word to be watched and follwed.

Dear,
Just one days aggrasive movement northwards. can or may not be taken as return or starting return of the bullish phase, investers who are struck and have been accumulating on dips may or will definetely use such opportunities to square up their position, may not let the market to be in bullish phase - lets look into the current situation for the time being take very calculated risks as per individual's calculation.

Dear Karunas
Yes it augurs well. Let come SEPTEMBER! Today the falling crude helped the market to fire and surge. If the crude is under control and the FII come back and the second quarter results are aboave average, the markets would certainly improve from current levels and surge, of course with some reasonsable corrections. Further the new RBI is goving to take over this next and the markets and inflation data are eagerly awaiting for his response.
To sum up Rel Cap being the flagship Comapny of the ADAG group, will defintely become one of the most sought out of shares in the near future and continue its northernly journey.
Happy investing!
Sridharan
